Important information:

Placing an order on gratitudeart.com: 

  1. The colours that you see on the screen will not necessarily match the final product, as colours are displayed different from screen to screen and when printed. 
  2. All products purchased on Gratitudeart.com can be returned within 15 days from receiving the goods. Used items are not eligible for returns and/or refunds what so ever. The postage when returning goods is to be paid by the client.  Note: if you have ordered a bespoke canvas or an astrology canvas it is not possible to cancel or return your order.
  3. The reason why a product is being returned must be specified when sending back the goods (see return address below).

Delivery terms on gratitudeart.com: - Delivery Methods

  1. Make sure that you choose the correct delivery method when ordering. i.e. if you live outside of Spain in a EU country, the client need to choose International service (EU Contries) etc.
  2. If a client fails to choose the correct delivery method we will contact you before any order can be shipped. and if there is an additional cost for shipping this will be charged prior to sending the items.


When booking an event:

  1. Gratitude Art is not responsible for any travel arrangements that might be necessary for an individual to attend the event, whether these be flights, transfers, taxis, hotels or any other aspect of their trip. It is the responsibility of the attendee to organise their timeous arrival and to ensure that they know the exact location and time of the event before departing.
  2. Cancellations must be made AT LEAST 24 hours before the start of the event.
  3. Upon ordering an event you will automatically receive a confirmation via e-mail. The order confirmation and receipt is the ticket for the event and should be brought to the event.
